We never want clients to wait to start when they are motivated to eat healthier and see results, which is why you can customize your start date!
So when you enroll, you will be asked when you are looking to get started and we'll have your program begin on that date. Our only requirement is that it's on a Monday, because who doesn't love starting fresh on a Monday?!
Absolutely! This is our signature program where everything is fully customizable. In the first week of the program, you will receive your very own personalized nutrition goal (calories or macros) that is hand crafted by Ashley.
Your workout program can be adjusted based on your lifestyle, equipment available, and schedule, and you will have 24/7 text access to Ashley and the BBB community to get support, motivation, and accountability whenever you need it.
I know how disappointing it can feel to try so many diets and programs but have nothing work for you. Although I am a Weight Loss Specialist and have personally coached hundreds of women in this very program, I am also a woman who used to be exactly where you are right now. My fitness journey is what inspired me to create this program and show women how FUN and EASY it can actually be to see results!
