But that same eagerness and excitement quickly led to late nights crying of frustration because I didn’t feel “good enough”.
I put so much judgment on myself because I didn’t look like the girls on Instagram. I felt like a failure because I busted my ass in the gym for nearly 5 YEARS without seeing a SINGLE change in my body.
I ate clean, cut carbs and gave up my favorite foods, I did EVERYTHING, thinking that’s what it’d take. I seriously thought something was wrong with me. Why was nothing working?! 😩
All I ever wanted was to feel happy & healthy in my body. I wanted to feel comfortable wearing jeans & crop tops in public. I wanted to LOVE the pictures I took when I went out with friends. I wanted to have more energy and stop binging every single night.
But even after all of my research, I just had no idea HOW.
I was so stubborn at the time and inquired with coaches on a regular basis. But I never pulled the trigger because I thought I “knew everything” already. If I would’ve taken the leap instead of making excuses as to why I couldn’t, I would’ve gotten to my goals WAY faster.

So when you enroll, you will be asked when you are looking to get started and we'll have your program begin on that date.
Absolutely! This is my signature program where everything is fully customizable. In the first week of the program, you will receive your very own personalized nutrition goal (calories or macros) that is hand crafted by me, (Ashley)!
Your workout program can be adjusted based on your lifestyle, equipment available, any injuries or limitations, etc. You will also have 24/7 text access to me and the BBB community to get substitutions, recommendations, and, of course, support & motivation, whenever you need it!

Although I am a Weight Loss Specialist and have personally coached hundreds of women in this very program, I am also a woman who used to be exactly where you are right now!
